Organization Information: Small to medium sized manufacturing plant (500-1000 employees) located in the State of Texas. The organization is approximately 75% male and 80% white.
Things that need to be addressed in your grievance policy*: 1. Who may file? 2. Statute of limitations? 3. Who do you file to? 4. How long does the organization have to file? 5. Who receives the findings? 6. Are they made public? 7. Appeals process? 8. Describe the appeals process in detail.
