Consider one's  preferred professional identity (Case Manager) and explain the key ethical standards that must guide your practice in the workplace. Pay special attention to what one consider to be fixed standards and variable standards.

 

Include one's professional aspiration , and associate it with a workplace. State one's Case Management organization's  mission and its code of conduct or ethics, if it is available. Then, state the Case Management organization's professional organization code or ethical standard that is established to guideone's professional role.

 

Analyze whether the professional code and organizational code are consistent with each other. Evaluate whether one's personal ethical standards will comply with the codes one have identified. Explain why they comply, or why not.
