Describe a conflict you have had with someone in the past month or two.  List the positions people took.  List the interests that motivated your positions.  How was the conflict resolved?  As you look back do you see any problem-solving approaches that meet the interests of both?  If not, what compromises could have been taken to resolve the conflict.
