OR if you did not find a formal plan, describe where you looked for this information and how you determined that the site/agency does not have this type of plan.

Assess the safety plan or the potential for a safety plan if you did not find any. If you found a plan at the site/agency, select one of this module's Learning Resources, identify the resource you selected, and compare and contrast this resource with the components from your agency's plan. OR if you did not find a plan, select one of this module's Learning Resources and suggest at least three components from the resource that your agency's leadership should consider in order to formulate a plan.
