Develop an improvement project based on something you can improve in your current workplace, within your family, or for yourself.

Develop a written or electronic PI plan that will include the following items:

1. Identify an improvement opportunity

2. Research and define performance expectations

3. Design and redesign process

4. Implement process

5. Measure performance

6. Document and communicate findings

7. Analyze and compare internal/external data

8. Report of outcomes

Develop a written or electronic storyboard that will display a summary of the PI project. Include at least 2 charts of your choosing (bar, Pareto for example) within your presentation.
