Explain why you would offer each specific benefit, and how it would fit into the culture and type of employees/jobs offered at that organization.

Provide details about tax benefits, required benefits, and costs inherent to the benefits you recommend be provided.

State whether your plan would appeal most to younger, midlife, or older workers (and why). Would you limit benefits to workers themselves or extend them to their family members (and why).
