A. Information about the organization you are studying

• Name of organization:Amazon
  • Package handlers and warehouse personnel.
• Size of unit you will be studying (how many employees, approximately, work within the unit that you are focusing on?):typical population size of an Amazon warehousing crew.
• Purpose of the organization: What do they do? What industry do they operate in? Organize and sort deliveries in a fast work environment.

B. A problem statement with the following components:

• Define the problem:decrease high turnover in warehouse companies. Who is impacted by the problem? Be as specific as possible:
• Evidence that supports the existence of the problem (how do you know this is a problem?).

• Explanation of why the problem is critical to address: Why does it matter?
• What are the possible reasons for why the problem exists? Do you have any clues yet from your research about the organization and the problem?
