Terminating a contract can be complex, and it is very important that the correct procedures are followed. Besides that, in any construction project, contract modifications if possible, should be accomplished by inserting into the contract, as a minimum and avoid creating new clause/policies. Contract modification is the changes made in the contract which requires changes in the work required during construction through the change orders.
