Read the passage below and answer the following questions. As I was waiting in line for a ride at the airport, when a cab pulled up, the first thing I notice was the taxi was polished to a bright shone. Inside the cab was a smartly dressed taxi driver, in a white shirt, black tie, freshly pressed black slack and cab driver, as I walked, the driver jumped out, headed and open the back door for me. He took out a laminated card. From his pocket and said "I am wah Su, your driver, while I'm loading your bags in the trunk, I want you to read my mission statement" and he handed me the card. Taken aback, I read the card. It said, "Wash Su's mission statement: To get my customers to their destination in the quickest, safest and cheapest way possible in a friendly environment." When I read the mission, statement was spotlessly clean. As he slipped behind the wheel, when Su said, Would you like a cup of coffee? I have a thermos full of regular and one of decaf." I said jokingly, "Err...no, I prefer a soft drink" Wah Su smiled as said, No problem. I have a cooler upfront with regular or diet soda, lassi, water and orange juice. Which one do you prefer?" Almost tattering, I said, "I'll take a lassi". Handing me my drink, Wah Su said, if you'd like, I'll read to you. I have NST, the Star, the Sun, today". As we were pulling away, wah Su handed me another laminated card. There it said, these are the stations I get to and the music that you'd like me to play. To listen to the radio, let me know which=h channel that you would like to listen to. This was not enough, Wah Su also told me that he had air-conditioning on an ask if the temperature was comfortable for me, the he advised me on the best route to my destination that day. He also told me that he'd happy to chat with me and tell me about the sights, or prefer to leave myself with my thoughts.
