I had the great experience of living and working in the UK. The organization that I managed was ISO 9000 certified. We also had another certification (primarily used in the UK) call Tick IT. There's a difference between the two. Let's explore quality methodologies. It would be great if you could find some international standards like Tick IT that we might not be as familiar with.
