Identify a Canadian Non-Profit Organization and evaluate a partnership or strategic alliance that they have entered into.

Discuss how the collaboration is contributing to capacity building, access to funding, service or program delivery and how shared measurement tools and alignment of resources are influencing the outcomes of the collaborative.

Indicate whether this partnership has been adapted due to COVID-19 and how, and provide your opinion on whether you think this will add to, or detract from the original partnership intent - site reasons.

Use a range of sources such as newspaper reports, magazine and journal articles, the organization's website, and interviews with people who work for the organization to gather information about this partnership including:

• who the partners are,
• what the common agenda is,
• how they communicate,
• length of the project
• appropriate investment of time and money,
• reason for partnering,
• any issues or challenges they might encounter,
• evaluationmethodology.

You also need to provide your own assessment of the value and effectiveness of thispartnership and what role this partnership might play in achieving the goal/change the organization is trying to make.

You will be evaluated on your skills in five areas:

1. Critical Thinking (evaluation and synthesis).

2. Narrative Quality (how well you tell the 'story' of the partnership).

3. Research Achievement (breadth and depth of research; correct MLA referencing).

4. Management Content Utilization (integration and application of course concepts).

5. Writing and Style (grammar, spelling, sentence structure and use of language).
