In reflection of your reading assignments and PP lecture, answer the following question: Health law and ethics are intertwined and often perplexing, leaving those interfacing with healthcare, whether it be consumer, provider, payor, or administrator with difficult decision-making. As healthcare administrators, we would hope that ethics serve as the foundation for policy-making, however, some laws and regulations often seem to be confict with the basic principles of autonomy, beneficence, non male fence, and justice.
