I supported my evidence by giving reason on why the venue needed to change due to growing employee and gave then the alternative venue that would be perfect for growing employee at Coca-Cola as well as benefits the new venue will provide

I believe there were no resistance from my audience because I answered the question they might have regarding changing the venue to a different place.
