Daffy Duck owned a home in the country. One day Harry, the painter, came by. Harry's truck clearly showed a sign that said "painting services for hire." Harry was mistaken in the belief that Daffy wanted his home painted. Harry did have a contract to paint a home with Daisy Duck. She lived just down the road. Harry parked his vehicle in from of Daffy Duck's house and started to paint the home. Daffy Duck clearly saw the truck and Harry painting the home but did nothing to stop him. Harry requested money for the painting job after it was completed. Daffy Duck refused citing he never agreed to a contract. .Again, another situation occurred with Daffy Duck. He was in town and walking down a street one day when Mickey Mouse was driving his vehicle. All of sudden Daffy walked out into the street. Mickey ran him over. Daffy was taken to the hospital and treated for his injuries. Daffy was not aware of what was happening. The hospital and doctors involved sent Daffy a bill for their services. Daffy refused to pay citing that he never agreed to a contract. In one paragraph describe these situations as to where Daffy Duck forms a Quasi Contract and/or an Implied in Fact Contract. Don't forget to list the elements of each and explain whether or not a contract has been formed.
