Persona 2 - The Health Conscious Consumer: This persona is between the ages of 25-45 who is health conscious and looking for a healthy beverage option. They are willing to pay a premium for organic, fair-trade and sustainable coffees. They are also looking for low-acid and low-caffeine options

 

Persona 3 - The Budget Conscious Coffee Drinker: This persona is between the ages of 25-45 who is looking for a quality cup of coffee at an affordable price point. They are willing to try various coffees, but are less adventurous than the Experienced Professional. They are also looking for convenience, so they may prefer pre-ground and pre-measured coffee options
