Patients arrive at a hospital as in the schedule in Table-2 below. Patients first go to the registration department whose service time follows TRIA (1, 2, 3) minutes. Then, with 30%, 30% and 40% probabilities the patients go the polyclinic A, B and C, respectively. The examination delays for the A, B, and C polyclinics follow Triangular distribution with parameters (5, 10, 18), (5, 9, 13) and (5, 7, 10) minutes respectively. Registration department has one registrar and one doctor works for each polyclinic. The polyclinics work between 09:00 - 17:30 and the patients arriving after 17:30 are not allowed in hospital, instead, they are advised to go the "Emergency Ward" which is at a different building. Although the polyclinics are closed to new patients at 17:30, all patients who registered by that time and but not examined yet, are examined inside. Simulate this hospital system for a single working day and terminate the simulation model after all patients leave the system.
