Situation Your group has been hired' to assist an Executive Management Team from University College to support the relocation of University College from its current building to its new headquarters building on campus. You will help the Executive Management Team evaluate the optimal approach to attain project goals and develop a Project Management Plan to execute this project. You will submit and present your final plan the last day of class. Task The first step in any successful project is to initiate the project with a project charter. A project charter is a high-level document that formally authorizes the existence of a project and provides an overview of the project scope, participants and other critical project information.
