Task 1: project management

 

Develop the project master plan based on the proposed project title:

 

A) team charter - details of team members, as well as their role and responsibility in relation to the project's needs.

B) project objectives - at least two, can be more than two, and use s.m.a.r.t. Methodology

C) project description - project literature review

D) project deliverables - reports, drawings, procedures, charts, and other engineering works output

E) project schedules - list the activities or tasks and determine the project's critical path and time.

F) requirements for resources - make a list of the resources required for the tasks.

 

Task 2 :

Develop a project budgetary and financial analysis based on the project master plan from task 1:

A) compile a list of all the costs (estimates) for all the activities and tasks. This would be in the form of cash outflows.

B) identify the project's expected revenues or profits. These are the cash outflows.

C) construct a profitability (worth) analysis using the time value of money concept, assuring that the project capital will be obtained through a bank loan.

D) create the project's cash flow diagram.
