We do lots of things differently these days, we live in a different world than we did starting in 2020. We have been travelling differently, shopping differently, working differently, communicating differently, socializing in new ways and the list goes on......

What will management do differently in a world where more people are working with information of some kind and working remotely? This is a world where more and more we login from home, attend Zoom meetings, do research, write reports, complete spreadsheets, service customers, etc. all from home, assuming adequate technology, connectivity and privacy.
