Project Scenario

You are a team member of CITE Managed Services, a managed service provider (MSP) who provide, maintain, and manage the IT services of various clients across Perth. Your role is primarily providing technical support of security issues through answering support phone calls and the creation and completion of service tickets. You are often dispatched onsite to deal with new operating installations, as well as issues related to virtualization.

You are beginning to onboard a new client called DJ Python's Sound Services, who are currently a small company based in Perth. For now, they are a small company of around 8 staff members but have large ambitions for a nation-wide rollout. CITEMS will oversee purchasing, setting up, and securing the IT infrastructure for this business.

Currently the client is set up in a small building in the Perth CBD, it is in area that experiences a lot of foot traffic and some anti-social behaviour. The organization does not have a front-desk yet of any kind, meaning there is no 'sign in' procedure.
