Squeeks Cleaning is a company that provides cleaning services for clients by hourly rate. You are required to design an online system for Squeeks Cleaning, which will be used by customers, cleaning staffs and service admin. Customers and cleaning staffs will have to register to use the service for the first time. They need to provide their personal info such as name, IC number, phone number and address and also create a password for their account. Registration is only once and users will just log in to use after that. To make a cleaning appointment, customers will need to fill an appointment form where they state the date, time and duration of required cleaning service. The appointment info will be sent to the admin for further processing and the admin will send back a confirmation message for the appointment with an appointment ID and assigned staff if there are available staff for the task. Once the appointment is confirmed by admin, customers need to make payment through the system. After payment is made, the cleaning staff will then receive notification and details of the cleaning appointment and the appointment is saved in the database. Customers can also file complaints in the system regarding the cleaning job that they are not satisfied with. Through the complaint page, they will provide detail of the job such as appointment ID and their complaint. The complaints will be handled by the admin. User information and appointment information are kept in separate databases. Any complaint related to a job is also kept in the database with the job information. a. Construct a Context Diagram for the Squeeks Cleaning system. (10 marks) b. Illustrate the expansion from (a) to a DFD Level 0 for the Squeeks Cleaning system. (18 marks) c.
