This case can be found at the back of your text book. You are expected to submit a complete, detailed analysis using the template provided in Unit One.

For this case, you are to determine an external threat/opportunity to the company from the case material. This will be your Key Issue(s) for your case analysis. Each of your 'External Analysis Tools' should focus on your chosen opportunity/threat.
