Task Requirements: A key objective of the Bachelor of Business (Leadership and Management) is to foster a stimulating, self-learning environment and culture. Much learning takes place by carrying out self-reflection by identifying personal strengths and weaknesses and developing an approach to enhance personal attributes. The objective of this assignment is to encourage students to assess their own leadership abilities, set goals for their personal growth, and develop a comprehensive plan to enhance their leadership skills and qualities. By completing this assignment, students will gain a deeper understanding of their leadership abilities and develop a plan that will guide their continuous growth as leaders. For this assignment students need to carry out: 1. Self-Assessment: Conduct a thorough self-assessment of their leadership strengths and weaknesses. They can reflect on past experiences and gather feedback from peers or mentors to gain insights into their leadership style, traits and skills and ability to use power and negotiation to lead a group of people. 2. SWOT Analysis: SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) of their leadership. They should identify their key strengths and weaknesses as leaders and evaluate external opportunities and potential threats that may impact their leadership development. 3.
