There are a number of PIZZA product oriented Outlets in Zambia for which a Case study is being undertaken on Six (6) of them. You as an Operations Strategist have been assigned One of them with the aim of carrying out an analysis on the Outlet's competitiveness and performance by critically reviewing the Five (5) Performance Objectives and Four (4) Decision areas as currently deployed and employed on the Outlet's Operations. As you carry out the review answer the following questions through discourse and discussion:
