Thinking about your current or former employer or a company with which you are very familiar, describe what this company has done to brand itself and distinguish its products and services from that of the competition. Why is it so important for companies to point out the differences between their products and services and those of its competitors? Next, explain what it means to develop a brand and company personality, using the company above as an example. Explain the role that personality may play in finding and keeping customers.
