(a) Draw Porter's Five Forces Model for your company

(b) Read the External Factor Evaluation Matrix, to make EFE Matrix for your company. Make sure that you are putting weight and Ratings in an excel sheet and putting an active sheet in the slide (not the picture)

(c) Learn the Competitive Profile Matrix and make CPM for your company per instructions in (b).
