TOP THREE LEADERSHIP STYLES

There are three primary styles of leadership: Autocratic, Democratic, and Laissez-Faire. 

What are they? 

What are their strengths & weaknesses? 

This assignment focusses on these three only. However, some researchers further break these three down into 10 or more leadership styles. As you go through these videos and look at the strengths and weaknesses, think about which leadership style you would prefer to have in a supervisor or co-worker and which best describes your style.
