Using the concepts, tools and techniques studied on this module you are required to explore the procurement and supply chain management challenges and opportunities to offer healthier and more environmentally friendly fruit to your customers.

You should provide a brief information on your chosen company and the fruit category and specific fruit you will focus on. You should dedicate one section in your report to discuss the impact of COVID-19 on the company's procurement and supply chain management processes. You should make specific reference to the chosen company's strategy which underpins their desire to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability of its operations, strengthening its promise to its customers and its strategic positioning.

The assignment should include an executive summary (no more than one page), an introduction which provides a backdrop to the supply chain strategy of the chosen company (no more than two pages), an application and analysis of concepts, tools and techniques (main body of your report), and recommendations with a workable implementation plan.
