Your presentation of the case Lochner v New York was very well put together and was easy to understand with the supportive information. The Supreme Court's decision in the Bakeshop Act was ethical since they pushed their luck with the 60-hour work week. However, this does not mean I agree with this action. I believe if the worker and owner had come to an equal basis, they could work for however long they wanted. As you stated in your presentation, he came from a place where working many hours was not questionable, like the United States.
