A three-element series circuit, with R = 5 , L = 5 mH, and C = 50
Question:
A three-element series circuit, with R = 5 Ω, L = 5 mH, and C = 50 μF, has an applied voltage u = 150 sin 1000t + 100 sin 2000t + 75 sin 3000t (V). Find the effective current and the average power for the circuit. Sketch the line spectrum of the voltage and the current, and note the effect of series resonance.
