The textbook describes a traditional method for delivering end-user training. Are there other methods, which are Web-based, that may offer more effective and/or efficient methods for delivering end-user training? Research some of the Web-based, training methods that are becoming more widely used. Then use the scenario described in Question 2 to develop a Web-based end-user training plan.

After you draft the plan, have some professional trainers review it for completeness and feasibility and make any needed changes. Then have some of your fellow students or co-workers review your training plan from the perspective of an end-user.
