Is it possible to receive a refund for the membership I canceled?

Answer

As per our membership policy, charges are non-refundable. However, we do make exceptions and process refunds in the following cases only:

  1. On automatic renewal membership: If you have not viewed or downloaded any documents, but we received a prior cancellation request from you. 

  2. New customer membership: If you decide not to utilize the purchased membership of the current month, a partial refund may be offered based on the number of viewed and downloaded documents.

  3. Cancellation request before renewal: If you submitted a cancellation request one day before the renewal date and received the Final-step email on the renewal date.

  4. Answer Purchase: If the answer you have purchased is determined to be incorrect or incomplete based on our Expert's assessment.

  5. Book purchases: If you have made a book purchase, refunds can be provided upon successful completion of the return process. For example, if you return a book and the next day you get charged.


Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, please ensure the following:

  1. Please ensure that you have successfully canceled your membership.

  2. Contact us within 48  hours of the charge to request a refund.

  3. If you reach out after the 48 hour deadline, partial refunds may be considered based on the decision of the Solutioninn team.


Approved refund request: Once the refund is approved by the Solutioninn team, it will be automatically credited back to your billing method without delay.

  1. The credited amount may take 3-5 business days to be available in your account.

  2. You can track and verify the refund in your account's Transaction history.
