This data table compares women who viewed high levels of television violence as children with those who did not in order to study the differences with regard to physical abuse of their partners as adults. The women categorized as physically abusive had hit, grabbed, or shoved their partners.
a. Find the row, column, and grand totals, and report the table showing these values.
b. Find the percentage of all women who were abusive (who answered yes).
c. Find the expected number of women exposed to high levels of television violence who should say yes, if the variables are independent. Do not round off to a whole number. Round to two decimal digits.
d. Find the other expected counts. Report them in a table with the same orientation as the one for the data.
