For the purposes of the validity of a contract, a person entering into a contract must be of sound mind:

a. Always.

b. During the age of majority.

c. Only at the time when he makes the contract.

d. Only at the time when he enforces the contract.

e. Both at the time of making as well as enforcement of the contract.
