Survivors of layoffs might be considered the lucky ones who still have a job. However, layoff survivors can present a number of problems. What kind of problems might you expect layoff survivors to exhibit? Assuming a layoff of workers is a necessity, what would you recommend be done to lessen problems with layoff survivors?
