Describe briefly on “Civility in Crowded Hallways”.

During peak time periods on certain days, the hallways of the City Centre Campus of MacEwan University can be as busy with people walking as some roadways are with cars during rush hour. Why, then, are the instances of road rage so much higher than the instances of hallway rage? Why are people less likely to swear, use offensive hand gestures, or cut one another off when walking through the hallways of MacEwan?

Draw some conclusions about interacting in the hallway versus in the vehicle on the road, and compare these conclusions with the differences between communication in-person and through written correspondence. What are we more apt to do or not do in person?
