Mary is a 17-year-old student attending University of The Bahamas. She enters into a written contract with Larry an adult to purchase his 2005 Mercedes for $5,000.00 in one week when she reaches her 18 year old birthday. The day after signing the agreement Larry realizes that he made a bad deal since the car is worth more than $5,000.00. He calls Mary and tell her that he is disaffirming the contract.
