My Career Goal is to become an Orthopedic Nurse. I have completed one year of college online with a 4.0 GPA. I am a mother of a three year old daughter and I work as a CMA for an Orthopedic Surgeon.

 

What would my goal statement be?

How far am I from attaining these goals to become an Orthopedic Nurse? 

Are the goals set too high or too low? Why? How could I rewrite my goals so that they are not set too high or low? 

How long will it take me to attain these goals? 

If the goals will take a long time to attain, could I set smaller goals that I could attain while still working toward your bigger goals? 

How will I benefit from successfully attaining your goals? 

What strengths do I already possess as an interpersonal communicator? 

What aspects of  interpersonal communication skills would I like to improve? Why? 

What areas of online learning would I like to improve to help succeed academically? 

What areas of your interpersonal communication would I like to improve from my career perspective?
