You assign Mark from Marketing the WBS activity to prepare a Marketing Plan and he agrees to get it to you by Friday. Friday comes and goes, no Marketing Plan from Mark. When you speak to him about it, he says he "got slammed" this week with other stuff and will get it to you by next Wednesday. Next Wednesday comes and goes, still no plan from Mark.
