we are supposed to look around an environment.  and see What problems or opportunities exist in a  community (we define "community" broadly).  and see What solution(s) might address the problem I can identify or allow to take advantage of the opportunity? Would someone buy the solution i propose? What is the benefit to my  potential customers?
