Good afternoon,
After our chat on the phone yesterday I would like to proceed with an appraisal for our property. We are interested in putting the property up for sale over the next month or so as we are ready to downsize and move to a smaller house in preparation for retirement.As requested here is an outline of the property:Our property is acres, in good condition and is currently running as a hobby farm. We have a couple of cows and chooks and have an agistment agreement for a couple of horses in one of the paddocks.The property has dams, an inground pool not fenced and tennis court the acres is broken up into a main house paddock, and other paddocks. We have two water tanks and solar panels. There is a storm water drain easementm long, running along the rear boundary fence line.The house is two storey's with bedrooms and seperate living areas.
