Hello!
I would describe the following as my professional strengths in case of education:
1. Dependency on notes will go to nil! :- Notes or cheat-sheets are something which dull the mind and are a disgrace to the beautiful subject we will study as they promote rote-learning of which I am totally against. My continuous interaction with the standard textbooks along with a brief and peripheral contact with the publication word of my subject is the best part of my arsenal as I will be able to explain explicitly or in brief the problem at hand.
2. Revision modules :- I insist a great deal of effort is put by me in helping my students to design revision sheets which are a great help as the exams are near. Separate time shall be invested by me to help the student design the modules.
3. Explicit schedule unique for each student/batch :- The schedule will help my students with a better management of other subjects as well. Forming of the schedule will be influenced by the points mentioned by the students in our first interactive sessions.
4. Standard books :- Textbooks of only standard level globally are used as reference to lessons, exams and revision modules.
5. Burden of purchasing books diminished :- The books referred carefully such that the student does not have the burden on their pocket-money to buy a book. The books available online are referred and also on request pdf shall be shared with the student by me.
6. Periodic test without any delay :- This is a commitment from my side that the students shall be constantly and periodically be challenged with tests which will help them greatly on the actual exam day.
7. Doubts, Discussions & Revision in every session :- Each session shall be followed 15-20 minutes of revision session which can be utilized for daily doubt discussions also. If utilized properly this is the game changer as the student will be relieved of excess burden of studying again and again.
8. Punctuality :- The most underrated but a very useful trait of a tutor. Other than exceptional cases , it is an assurance that the project shall be completed in the provide deadline.
9. Flexibility with time :- The students are completely independent to choose their selective duration all along the day for 6 days (Tuesday to Sunday) and some particular slots on Monday morning.
10. Flexibility with Mode of Instruction :- Each student is different and I totally understand it so I design my courses according to the demand and suitability of my students. I provide presentation based , face to face sessions on notepad as well as on the board, whichever suits the learner.
11. Language :- I am fully efficient with English language so interaction shall not be a problem. Also, I am comfortable with Hindi and Punjabi so suit yourselves.
I would like to close it with a statement from one of my role models Richard P. Feynman - “Study hard what interests you the most in the most undisciplined, irreverent and original manner possible.”
Good luck guys, see you soon!
