Giveaway Policy & Terms
Policy and Eligibility:
- Eligibility: Open to legal residents of USA and Canada and must be 18+. Void where prohibited.
- Entry Periods: Each featured book has its own entry deadline shown as "Entries close:"
How to Enter:
- Purchase Method: Order the featured book before its deadline—1 automatic entry per qualifying order of that title.
- Limits: Max 1 entry per person per title per Entry Period, regardless of method.
- Prizes/Odds: Each title's prize is listed on its card.
Winner Selection:
- Random drawing within 7 days after each title's deadline.
- Notification: Winners contacted via email within 5 days; must respond within 72 hours.
General Conditions:
- Sponsor may verify eligibility, substitute a prize of equal/greater value if needed, and disqualify fraudulent entries.
- Taxes/Shipping: Winner is responsible for any taxes. Physical prizes ship to eligible regions only. No cash alternative unless required by law.
- Publicity: Where lawful, winner agrees to name/initials and city for winner list.
- Privacy: Data handled per SolutionInn Privacy Policy.
