1. Why do you think there was a no-beard policy? Does it make sense to you? Should it, when you think of an applicant being hired to deliver pizza? Is it enough reason to keep a qualified pizza deliverer from a job he is otherwise qualified for? Is not having a beard a marketing scheme or an actual qualification to be able to drive the truck to deliver pizzas? Should it matter? How much weight should be given to marketing schemes and why? Is it ethical to keep someone from a job for which they are otherwise qualified because of a marketing scheme? Explain.
