Collectively, this balance created a strong foundation for decision-making. The D-style members were decisive and action-oriented, pushing discussions forward and ensuring timelines were met. The I-style member excelled in communication, fostering engagement and creativity during brainstorming sessions. The C-style members ensured attention to detail, data validation, and logical consistency in our planning.
