There is a level of accuracy that can be achieved through reloading your own rounds, a shooter can reload new rounds only shot through their rifle, the case forms to the chamber during expansion, when that reloaded, the case will maintain most of the profile of the chamber of their rifle leading to a more accurate round. Reloading allows a shooter to experiment with bullet seating depth that allows the round to be more of a "custom fit" to their rifle, not all makes of rifles chambered in the caliber tolerated the same round and achieve the same accuracy due to the specs of the rifle. An example would be barrel length, some rounds perform better with a longer barrel for extreme accuracy. Factory loads from the manufacture have an acceptable tolerance level, meaning not every round will have the absolute same specs, COL may be slightly off from one round to the next, a round may not be concentric.
