Signature Assignment $2$: Management Audit with Two Sub$-$Assignments and discussion integration

The audit gives students practice in team building by reporting to a third party and explaining what they are trying to do$,$ how well their plan is succeeding, and what adjustments they need to make to achieve their goals. It also provides an opportunity for the instructor to act as a consultant, asking questions and spurring students to improve performance.

Note: All assignments must include the student's name, the student's major, and the student's minor for assessment tracking purposes.

Categories of major and minor are: $(1)$ Marketing; $(2)$ Business $-$ non Marketing; $(3)$ Non Business; $(4)$ Music

This two $-$ part assignment has the following required components

Marketing Concepts: Discuss and illustrate the interrelationships of marketing concepts that incorporates, at a minimum, the following:

a$.$ An overview of the strategic plan elements and marketing insights that supported the team's simulation inputs to date.

b$.$ A detailed assessment of the team's performance to date in relation to its' competitors. Include a chart in this section.

c$.$ Discussion of those previously$-$made decisions that were effective and those decisions that were ineffective.

External Environment: Create an analysis of the impact of external environmental factors and their impact to the objectives of the company

a$.$ Explain any competitive and other environmental changes that have impacted results of your company.

b$.$ What input changes does the team anticipate to accommodate changes in the environment. A specific answer is required for this question with supporting discussion.

c$.$ Do plan goals need to be revised for the company? If so$,$ be specific in your response and justification. If not, clearly explain why.
