  4. Based on your analysis and the customers requirements how would you suggest changing the process to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Present all this information in a neatly formatted table. Exhibit B
Based on your analysis develop a set of financial statements (proforma) for the firm. Use exhibit 2 in the case as an example. These should reflect the different revenues and costs associated with the changes suggested in your process analysis. Exhibit C Prepare a memo advising as to whether Leslie should buy Sportswear and how much she should offer. As part of the memo you need to explain why you are advising these actions. All advice must be backed up by facts from the case and your exhibits. The information necessary to draw the process flow diagram is on pages 5-7 and exhibit 3. Please note that you will need to adjust some of the information in order to keep everything in the same units. In some cases, the information is in units per in others it is in bundles per.
