1. Secure two co-workers or employees that you work with who you could spend 10 minutes with you during lunch or on break. Meet with them independently. Briefly explain the four type of strategic leadership and ask them which type they think fits your best. Then have then given you at LEAST one example why. Realize you may not get the same answer from both people. If the second person gives the same example, you need to push for another.
2. Think about their comments and then determine for yourself which type of strategic leader you are.
3. Discuss this in your paper using the following format/headers: You should always start with some sort of introductory paragraph explaining to your reader what they are about to read. It does not require a header.
