The criteria are cost of production disruption, condition of the equipment, age of the equipment, and estimated time out of service. The preference scores shown in the following tables have been assigned.

a. Compute a priority vector for the criteria as a whole and for the machines against each

criterion.
b. Compute the consistency ratio for each of the five pair wise comparison matrices. Comment on your results
c. Using the priority vectors develop an overall priority list for the three machine projects.
